About the Role: A nationally recognised leader in hydraulic systems and fluid transfer solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and continuously improve workshop and warehouse operations. The business has recently undergone a positive restructure, including the appointment of a new General Manager focused on restoring stability, building strong foundations and driving sustainable growth. This Operations Manager role is critical to that journey and will play a key leadership role in shaping how operations perform and scale. This position is ideally suited to an operational leader who has successfully turned around underperforming workshops or manufacturing operations into efficient, high-performing environments. You will focus on building strong leaders, creating predictable and scalable operations, and delivering consistently high standards of safety, quality and on-time delivery. Success in this role is achieved through people, systems and structure—not by personally running day-to-day jobs. As the business continues to grow, there is a future opportunity to move into a larger facility, with this role playing a key part in the design and layout of the new workshop and warehouse.
